Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at a twin hotel in the city center which was very nice with stylish decoration. However, the room didn't have an electronic kettle and cups, so I had to request one with paper cups, making my Sunday morning a bit of a disaster. The dining experience was uninspiring with limited options, and finding a clean table was challenging. The location was near the marina and Bybanen, which was convenient for my work travel.
The hotel offers superb rooms, perfect for a night or two, along with friendly service, a convenient location, and a delicious dining experience with a respectable selection of options.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable with soft beds and perfect pillows. The lack of an electronic kettle and proper cups was a minor inconvenience, but the provided kettle on request sufficed. The breakfast was excellent, and the ambiance was modern and clean.
Staying at the hotel felt like being in an amazing restaurant with a spectacular view, yet the lack of certain room amenities and the small room size made it less comfortable than expected. The staff, although overwhelmed at times, were absolutely great, kind, and well-trained. The location, easy to reach the city center, offered lovely surroundings. While the dining experience was deemed mediocre compared to other hotels in Norway, the facilities were minimal and standard.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, very clean, and well-organized, but it can get quite busy with traffic movement. The service was amazing, even when we arrived close to closing time, they were still very accommodating. However, it was disappointing that personal items were not touched for cleaning. The location was outside the main tourist area, which was good but a bit disadvantageous for those using public transport. The dining experience could use some improvements. Overall, a decent value for money.
